ATLANTA — The Bulldogs will officially play Ohio State later tonight in the Peach Bowl in Atlanta, thus game day has finally arrived.
The Bulldogs will play in the same arena where they defeated the LSU Tigers 50-30 in their most recent contest.
Georgia will play its third game at Mercedes-Benz Stadium after defeating Oregon 49-3 earlier this year.
Meanwhile, Ohio State is coming off a defeat to Michigan in its most recent game.
However, the Buckeyes did prevail by double digits in each of their previous 11 contests.
The odds have changed to favor Ohio State even though Georgia is still a slight favorite in the contest at 5.5 points.
The Bulldogs are not dodging expectations because they are aware of why they are predicted to win the game.
"The standards remain the same. Kirby Smart, the Georgia coach, said, "We embrace that.
The players who participate there set the standards, and over the past six or seven years, we've had some really strong leadership who have set an example for the younger players to follow. This is still happening today.
